COVID-19 Preparedness Plan

As a nationwide business process service provider for business critical document processes, we are all unified on managing the unprecedented Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation with both urgency and a deep sense of care. Times like these remind us all what’s most important in our lives, and Docufree is here to support you in any way we can.

We activated our preparedness plan several weeks ago, and we continue to monitor the rapidly evolving situation. We’re following guidance from federal, state and local agencies, including the CDC and other health organizations. We have taken a number of proactive actions across our business to protect our employees, customers and partners – from increased cleaning of our production facilities, enhanced employee and supplier screening practices, restricting and in most cases eliminating travel, implementing work-from-home policies for employees, and canceling all events and meetings in favor of remote virtual options.

As a recognized critical infrastructure industry as defined by the Department of Homeland Security, Docufree has a special responsibility in these times to continue operations. We have built-in to the Docufree Cloud Platform scalability measures to meet your heightened needs for cyber physical information processing technology and operations are fully functioning during this challenging time.

We recognize this situation is going to be with us for some time and we will continue to monitor it closely and act accordingly.
