Encryption

Content Delivery Networks for transfer optimization and additional encryption cycle.
Encryption keys are securely stored in different locations and frequently rotated.

Cloud Shield Protection

The Docufree network is monitored 24/7. Threat assessments are preformed frequently to ensure data protection. Multiple internet connections are present for routing redundancy and high-speed connectivity.

(IDS) Intrusion Detection System monitors traffic on the network.
External penetration testing provides system security and validation.
Universal Threat Management (UTM) appliances for intrusion detection and prevention when transmitting data.
Servers live behind secure firewalls that allow access selectively to network resources.

Secure Data Center

The Docufree application and its data are hosted at multiple locations. This provides the necessary redundancy for top-notch security. Physical security, strict access policies, and secure vaults and cages are implemented by our data centers.

Our data centers are protected by armed guards 24/7, and require biometric entry authentication.
N+1 or greater redundancy for the components of our essential systems.
Closed loop video surveillance cameras track activities in every room except the obvious.
Uninterruptible power systems have precautionary back up systems, as well as fire & flood prevention at storage sites.
